Requirements
Must-Have Skills
- Proficient in HubSpot: Imports, Objects & Associations, Workflows, Custom Code Actions.
- Hands-on experience with APIs & Scripting: HubSpot APIs (CRM, Deals, Companies, Associations), REST fundamentals, writing idempotent upsert scripts with timestamp logic.
- Familiar with Data Engineering Lite: Data modeling for CRM, data quality rules, deduping strategies, record hierarchy (parentchild).
- Experience with Excel/CSV mastery: Cleaning, mapping, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query (nice), handling multi-source joins prior to import.
- Skilled in SQL / BigQuery familiarity for validation and data health dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with Integration Ops: Webhooks, OAuth/API keys, error handling, retry/queue patterns.
Nice-to-Have
- Ecommerce stack: Shopify (and migration awareness from PrestaShop).
- Adjacent tools: Salesforce, Asana, Attentive, CloseRocket, Typeform.
- Custom Apps: Working with bespoke APIs (Enjoy/Survey/Internal Automation/Curaden Insides/Curiosity.space, Academy API).
- Front-end in HubSpot: Themes/templates, email modules, subscription pages.
- GitHub workflows and comfort with code repositories/code of conduct.
Responsibilities
- Clean and import data into HubSpot (standard + API).
- Prevent duplicates and maintain database hygiene.
- Support integrations with Shopify, BigQuery, Salesforce, and custom APIs.
- Troubleshoot sync errors and ensure data consistency.
- Document data flows and build scalable solutions.
