HSE Officer (Vietnamese Speaker) - Binh Duong, Vietnam

Job Description:

• Manage and be responsible for the company's safety, health, and environmental work.
• Monitor, implement, and improve the HSE management system as required.
• Train and raise safety awareness for employees.
• Inspect, assess risks, and propose improvement measures.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and occupational health standards.
• Tasks related to ISO.
• Specific details will be shared during the interview.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of HSE experience, particularly in a manufacturing environment. ( Experience in obtaining environmental permits is a plus.)
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HSE systems from scratch, beyond operational execution.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, environmental regulations, and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA).
• Strategic thinking & leadership: Ability to drive HSE initiatives with a clear vision.
• Proactiveness & innovation: Not just following existing procedures but proposing breakthrough solutions.
• Strong communication & persuasion: Ability to train, guide, and influence employees and managers.
• Analytical & problem-solving skills: Capable of quickly addressing HSE issues to prevent major incidents.
• Proficiency in office software and HSE management tools.
• English proficiency is an advantage (especially for working with international standards).
