Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Policy Development
- Develop HR strategies, talent development plans, and compensation & benefits policies.
- Advise senior management on organizational structure and long-term workforce planning.
- Build and promote corporate culture aligned with business goals.
2. Recruitment & Training
- Plan and execute recruitment activities to meet manpower needs.
- Develop training programs, skill development frameworks, and career progression pathways.
- Oversee onboarding and ensure effective employee integration.
3. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Oversee timekeeping, payroll, benefits administration, and insurance processes.
- Ensure fairness, transparency, and market competitiveness in C&B policies.
- Monitor C&B data accuracy and ensure compliance with company standards.
4. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Handle labor relations, employee grievances, and workplace disputes.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Develop and maintain company regulations, SOPs, and HR documentation.
- Work with auditors during internal/external HR and compliance reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum 57 years of HR experience, with at least 23 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, team management, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
