As part of Masan's HR digital transformation journey, the company is implementing Workday as the group-wide HR platform. This role will support the implementation, rollout, and adoption of Workday across Masan's business units.
We are looking for an HRIS Specialist / Senior HRIS Executive to work closely with HR teams, IT, and external Workday implementation partners to ensure a successful system rollout.
Key Responsibilities
Workday Implementation Support
- Support the implementation of Workday HCM across Masan Group.
- Work with HR teams to map HR processes and translate them into system workflows.
- Participate in system configuration discussions, testing cycles, and implementation planning with external Workday partners.
UAT, Data Migration & Go-Live Preparation
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality aligns with HR processes.
- Assist with HR data validation and data migration activities.
- Prepare documentation and support readiness activities for system go-live.
HR Process Digitalization
- Collaborate with HR functions (Recruitment, C&B, HRBP, L&D) to design and optimize HR processes in Workday.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and digital workflows.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with Workday implementation vendors to manage system requirements and issue resolution.
- Act as a bridge between HR users, IT teams, and external vendors.
Reporting & Workforce Insights
- Support the development of HR dashboards and workforce analytics.
- Assist HR leadership with workforce data and reporting needs.
Post Go-Live System Support
- Provide HRIS support and training for HR teams and employees.
- Support user adoption of HR self-service and digital HR workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Workday HCM
- Experience supporting Workday implementation or system rollout projects
- Strong understanding of HR processes and HR data structures
- Experience with UAT, data validation, and HR system testing
- Strong analytical skills with Excel and reporting tools
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with HR teams, IT teams, and external vendors
