Role Description

This role will be responsible for implementing and optimizing HRIS solutions, standardizing HR policies and processes across the Group, and supporting HR Business Partner activities for Back Office functions to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

• Participate in HRIS implementation and enhancement projects.
• Gather business requirements, coordinate testing (UAT), training, and system adoption.
• Develop and standardize HR policies, procedures, and templates across the organization.
• Support HRBP activities for Back Office departments.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce data to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of HR experience.
• Experience in HRIS implementation or administration.
• Good understanding of HR Operations, HRBP, and HR processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple functions.
