Better HR - Vietnam Commercial Team is looking for a strong solution-oriented Sales Consultant (Senior/Lead) who excels at building win-win deals. This role requires working directly with clients (both in-person and online), understanding business needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is truly skilled in consultative selling. You will engage directly with clients, identify pain points, demonstrate solutions, handle objections, and drive deals to closure. The ability to mentor or support other sales team members is a plus — however, the primary focus of this role is consulting and driving revenue through strong sales execution.
What You Will Do
- Consult with clients (online and in person) on HRIS & Payroll SaaS solutions
- Engage clients through meetings, phone calls, video calls, and other digital/sales channels
- Quickly understand clients business operations, pain points, and real-world challenges
- Recommend tailored solutions rather than simply presenting product features
- Own and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and consultation to demo, follow-up, and closing
- Handle objections professionally and effectively
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while proactively generating new opportunities
- Share practical experience and best practices, and provide internal coaching when needed
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience in consultative sales, particularly in solution-based selling
- Confident in working directly with clients, both online and offline
- Strong questioning skills, with the ability to quickly identify pain points and build trust
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong pipeline management and deal follow-up skills, with solid conversion rates
- Proactive in generating leads across multiple channels
- Good working proficiency in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or above)
Big Plus If You Have
- Experience selling HRIS, payroll, ERP, CRM software/platforms, or other B2B solutions
- Experience selling educational products, English courses, or skills training programs
- Strong product demo and consultative selling skills
- Ability to mentor, guide, and support other sales team members
