Job Description

The HRBP Supervisor acts as a key partner to the business, supporting the HRBP Manager in driving people strategies and ensuring effective execution of HR initiatives. This role serves as a critical link between business units and HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, and HR Operations) to deliver a seamless and impactful people experience.

 

Responsibilities

1. HR Business Partner

·      Act as the main HR contact for assigned business units, providing HR guidance and support to managers and employees.

·      Work closely with business leaders to support workforce planning, organization changes, employee lifecycle, and people initiatives.

·      Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, C&B, HR Operations) to ensure effective HR service delivery.

2. Employee Relations (Focus)

·      Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, employee complaints, investigations, conflict resolution, and labor compliance.

·      Advise managers on employee relations issues and recommend appropriate actions in accordance with company policies and Labor Law.

·      Monitor employee relations trends, identify potential risks, and implement preventive actions to maintain a positive working environment.

·      Maintain and improve employee relations policies, procedures, and related documentation.

3. Talent & Organization Management

·      Coordinate talent development, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives within assigned business units.

·      Manage organization changes, workforce planning, and ensure HR data and organization structures are maintained accurately.

·      Monitor HR metrics and prepare people-related reports to support business decisions.

4. HR Operations & Projects

·      Ensure HR policies, processes, and procedures are implemented consistently across assigned business units.

·      Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR effectiveness.

Support other HR activities and assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, prefer Human Resource Management
  • At least 3 years of experiences as HRBP/ HR Generalist within Retail/ FMCG/ Manufactory/ Banking/ Ecommerce industry is a plus
  • Ms. Office (word, excel, power point)
  • Good in both verbal and written English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to get along with diverse personalities;
  • Good counseling/advisory skills, strategic thinking and critical analytical ability, objectivity and open-minded, ability to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions;
  • Well-organization and arrangement;
  • Confident to operate effectively in a big corporate environment that demands massive coordination, teamwork, open communication, innovation and performance orientation;
  • Results and people-oriented; service-minded and customer-focused
  • High energy level, flexibility
