Giao Hàng Nặng is Hiring: HRBP Specialist (B2B Team)
Location: Ho Chi Minh
The position will guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resource (HR) services, policies and programs for Freight Project. You take the responsibility to lead and participate in specific HR Projects that could interface with other expertise teams (C&B, TA, L&D, EB). Furthermore, you will manage the Recruitment & Selection process for the Freight Project and ensure quality hires for the organization, according to the agreed Key Performance Indicators and to lead the succession management and assist Operation Director/ Human Resources Manager/ HRBP Supervisor in the HR department.
What You'll Do:
1. Mass Recruitment (60%):
- Participate in planning, building, and controlling the annual recruitment budget
- Work closely with the operations manager to forecast workforce requirements and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly
- Develop and implement assigned recruitment plans to ensure accurate and sufficient hiring as required
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, ensuring a high-quality and timely hiring process
- Prepare weekly recruitment result reports
2. HR Operations & Performance Management (20%):
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth execution of activities such as recruitment, training, performance evaluation and employee benefits.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employees skills and competencies
- Assist in handling employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and addressing disciplinary matters.

3. Vendor Management (20%):
- Inspect and monitor vendors labor supply to ensure the number of workers meets requirements
- Report vendor collaboration effectiveness to upper managers and propose improvements to contracts or workflows
- Analyze labor costs to optimize budget allocation
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the Logistics, Ecommerce industry
- Strong sourcing, especially in mass recruitment; proactive, hardworking, and capable of working with data
- Service-oriented mindset in HR and recruitment
- Good communication skills, responsible, decisive, and able to handle work pressure
- Team management skills
- Background in mass recruitment is an advantage
