Undertake the group's human resources strategy, and formulate and implement regional human resource management implementation plans in conjunction with the business development goals of the wind power and energy storage sectors in the Southeast Asia region as well as Vietnam labor laws and regulations.
Lead the recruitment and allocation of key regional positions (technical, project, operation, etc.), coordinate local talent acquisition, expatriate employee support, and recruitment channel optimization to ensure the timely availability of human resources for projects.
Be responsible for end-to-end employee relations management in the region, including labor contract signing, compliant social security payment, cross-cultural communication coordination, and labor dispute risk prevention, so as to maintain the stability of Sino-Vietnam employee teams.
Establish a regional employee training and development system, focusing on professional skills in the new energy industry, leadership development, and cross-cultural integration training to support the joint growth of employees and the organization.
Connect with the headquarters compensation and performance management system, and implement work related to performance evaluation, incentive mechanisms, and salary adjustments in conjunction with local salary levels in Vietnam and industry competitiveness.
Regularly conduct regional human resource data analysis (such as turnover rate, recruitment efficiency, and human efficiency), produce HR insight reports, provide human resource decision support for business management, and promote the optimization of organizational efficiency.
Job Requirements
Fluent in Chinese (mandatory); with more than 5 years of HRBP work experience, including at least 2 years of overseas regional HR experience in the new energy/manufacturing industry.
Proficient in practical skills across all human resource modules, with a focus on proficiency in recruitment allocation and employee relations management; in-depth understanding of Vietnam labor laws and regulations, as well as compliance requirements for social security and individual income tax.
Fluent in English or Vietnam in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, able to efficiently meet the bilingual communication needs of the group headquarters, regional business teams, and local Vietnam employees.
Possess a strong business partner mindset, able to quickly understand the business logic of the wind power and energy storage industries, and provide targeted solutions to regional human resource pain points (such as cross-cultural team integration, technical talent retention, etc.).
Have excellent cross-cultural coordination capabilities, risk prediction capabilities, and stress resistance; able to adapt to work and life in Hanoi and support short-term business trips within the Southeast Asia region.
Familiar with overseas regionalized human resource management models; with practical experience in building regional teams from scratch and optimizing human resource processes; able to independently handle complex employee relations issues.
