Job Description

Position: People Business Partner Manager (factory)

Working location - Tin Giang

Open for Young Talent, who have +3 year experience as HR Business Partner role at FMCG

Bold, energetic & strong at stakeholder management

Open for working at Tien Giang (Relocate allowance can be considered)

As a People Business Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's people strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement. This role demands a proactive people partner who can influence stakeholders, implement innovative HR solutions, and drive organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead People and Organization Development Pillar to ensure effective workforce planning and people development strategies
  • Implement the selection and recruitment process to meet company's manpower requirements in the most effective manner
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning through identifying key talents, developing their Personal Development Plans and following up their execution.
  • Involve implementation of HR policy guidance (Human Resource Policies & Procedures, Labour Regulations, Collective Labour Agreement, Staff Handbook).
  • Work closely with the brewery management team and employees to improve work relationships to build morale, increase productivity and retention
  • Initiate new HR strategies for HR operation excellence
  • Other tasks/projects will be assigned by Line Manager

Working time: Mon - Fri (factory time). Hybrid mode (1 day/week)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 3 years experience as HRBP in FMCG at MNC (open to candidate who based in HCMC & willing to relocate to Tien Giang)
  • Experienced on manufacturing environment is a plus point
  • Strong articulation and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with line leaders and shopfloor stakeholders
  • Courage to voice up and challenge constructively when required, while maintaining trust and professionalism
  • High agility, Resilient and grounded
  • In-depth knowledge of labor legislation, and best practices in labor relation
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
