Job Description

Position Summary

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning organizational objectives with people strategies and HR initiatives. The role serves as a strategic partner to management while acting as a trusted representative of HR to the business and of the business to HR, ensuring effective delivery of HR solutions that support organizational growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR partner, connecting HR functional teams to effectively support organizational priorities.
  • Advise management and collaborate with HR functions on the development, implementation, and enhancement of HR policies and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze people metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness and workforce productivity.
  • Partner with relevant HR teams on compensation & benefits, employee engagement, employee relations, and talent acquisition activities.
  • Serve as the primary HR liaison to department leaders, ensuring timely and practical people solutions are delivered.

Job Requirements

Experience & Professional Background

  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in human resources roles within multinational or highly structured organizations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of core HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, total rewards, organizational development, performance management, and employee relations.

Core Competencies

  • Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute HR strategies that effectively support organizational goals.
  • Strong capability to translate operational and business requirements into practical people solutions and HR initiatives.
  • Proven track record in fostering collaboration and partnership across functions and within HR teams.
  • Ability to influence, challenge constructively, and provide insightful perspectives to leadership on people-related topics.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple parties to deliver timely and impactful HR outcomes.
