ABOUT THE JOB
As an HR Intern, you will be an active driver of employee engagement, operations and communication for Sales function, including:
- Employee Engagement: Support the ideation and execution of internal events initiatives to build a vibrant workplace culture.
- Communications & Content Creation: Design visual communications and internal announcements to keep employees connected and informed.
- HR operations: Support HRBP on the HR operations activities from onboarding to offboarding to ensure the best employee experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in HR or related fields
- Good command of English (both written & spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva/AI tools is a plus
- Collaborative spirit, employee-centric mindset, and passion for building an engaging company culture.
