ROLE- Implement HR plans from senior management to ensure adequate human resources for recruitment and training activities.
- Act as the HR representative to build and develop labor relations and handle arising employee-related matters.
- Consolidate timesheets and submit them to the Compensation & Benefits team in Hanoi; implement employee welfare and benefits programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES1. Recruitment & Selection- Organize and implement employer branding activities and recruitment events to attract talents.
- Be responsible for meeting the company's overall recruitment needs in Hanoi.
- Attract qualified talents to meet the company's manpower requirements.
- Develop and manage recruitment communication channels.
- Build and maintain a talent pool across various job functions and industries.
2. Training & Organizational Development- Organize employee engagement activities and corporate culture initiatives.
- Support the implementation of goal-setting systems and performance evaluation processes.
- Organize onboarding programs and periodic or planned training programs aligned with employee development plans.
3. Compensation & Benefits- Update and communicate employee benefit policies and programs.
- Regularly monitor compliance with working hours, leave policies, and attendance tracking for Hanoi office staff.
- Maintain and archive timesheets and other related employee records.
4. Advisory & Employee Relations Management- Resolve employee relations issues, disciplinary cases, and employee inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Ensure all legal updates and compliance requirements related to recruitment and employment in Hanoi are properly followed.
- Monitor store employee turnover rates and provide monthly feedback to store managers; advise store managers on appropriate HR actions.
- Identify trends at store and/or employee levels, maximize opportunities, and propose actions and solutions to address related issues.
- Ensure all activities comply with codes of conduct, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS1. Education- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Knowledge- Solid experience in overall HR management, especially in recruitment, training, and employee development.
3. Experience- At least 35 years of experience in HR management, including a minimum of 2 years in recruitment.
- Candidates with experience in retail or FMCG industries are preferred.
4. Skills / Competencies- Strong foundational knowledge of comprehensive HR management systems, with in-depth recruitment expertise.
- Good understanding of labor contracts and labor law; knowledge of recruitment sources, training, and employee development; solid awareness of legal regulations to support policy development.
- Strong ability to manage work effectively and independently.
- Experience in handling labor relations disputes.
