JOB SUMMARY:
The HRBP & OD Manager is a trusted advisor to functional leaders, you will deliver tailored HR strategies across organizational design, talent management, capability building, and employee engagement to maximize performance and efficiency. Concurrently, you will lead enterprise-wide OD and L&D initiatives—leveraging global COE frameworks—to architect talent succession, accelerate leadership development, and foster a value-driven learning culture across the entire organization
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
I. HR Business Partner for assigned business functions (60%):Lead and implement HRBP strategies and operations for assigned business partners including organization development, talent management, capability development, employee engagement
a/ Organization development:
- Lead for review Organization structure including Headcount Planning, Working Process, Job Scope and Role & Responsibility for productivity & efficiency.
- Work with Partners & Project Owners to ensure right roles, communications, change management & conflict handling for biz projects/organization transformation.
b/ Talent management:
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to select right talents at right job and right pay to organization
- Facilitate onboarding process to provide total experience to newcomers
- Conduct stay/exit interview to understand employee insights & ensure right decision making for talent in/out.
- Work with business partners for Top Talent identification process & development action plan within timeline.
- Work with business partners to ensure appropriate biz objectives cascaded from Top to Bottom within timeline.
- Work with business partners to ensure fairness in performance review following Talent guidelines.
- Work with Line Manager to manage efficient promotion plan and balance with talent development plan aligning with Organization structure.
c/ Capability development:
- Work with business partners to identify core functional skills for future success and implement identified needs.
- Work with business partners & Line Manager to identify right people and input right insight for People and leaders reskill & upskill training Programs.
- Work with Line Manager to encourage and promote learning culture within organization.
- Train & consult business partners & Line Managers for implementing annual performance management cycles effectively.
d/ Employee engagement:
- Deploy Focus Group Discussions to understand employees insights and drive Culture an Employee engagement Survey action plan at functional level for employees sustainable engagement.
- Leverage 2 ways & transparent communication and clarity culture through functional defined channels such as Department Meetings; 1: 1 conversation; Team Building.
- Working with Global COE to implement programs locally that foster a value-driven culture & workplace that drives an engaged, high performing culture
- Promote value-based leadership for building trust & respect relationship between leaders & direct reports.
- Maximize recognition programs for accomplishment celebrations and engagement.
- Roll out Culture & value activation programs at functional level.

II.Companywide OD and Learning & Development (40%)
- Initiating and leveraging Global COE processes to effectively manage identification of top talent, market talents, succession planning, leadership development, employee opinion surveys, implementation of training programs and development processes and the annual performance management process to increase organizational effectiveness
- Lead and implement employee training & development programs & initiatives Companywide to accelerate personal growth, leadership competencies and other employee competencies development.
- Lead and implement performance management programs & initiatives Companywide to increase organizational effectiveness
- Lead to develop and execute for accelerating value-driven learning and development initiative at Companywide level and support employees for bringing value into their daily work
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with specialized expertise in HRBP, Talent Management, L&D, Culture & Engagement
- Prior experience within FMCG, Distribution, or Retail environments is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record of aligning people strategies with core business priorities.
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, C&B, and Employee Engagement.
- Proven ability to lead change management initiatives and collaborate effectively across local, regional, and global stakeholder networks.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships and influence organizational leaders.
- Analytical mindset with strong logical thinking, strategic planning, and structured execution skills.
- Result-oriented professional with a high level of maturity, a positive attitude, and the resilience to thrive under pressure
- Full professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
