Job Description
- Assist in sourcing and attracting top talent for open positions.
- Update candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on job boards.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications.
- Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Provide administrative support for talent acquisition processes.
Qualifications
- Final year student or recent graduate majoring in Business/HR Management.
- Strong English communication and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; tech-savvy.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and careful in handling recruitment tasks.
- Flexible with a can-do attitude.
