Role Description

We are seeking a full-time HR Talent & Development Manager to join our team at Viet Hung Packaging Corporation. This is an on-site role based in Nhn Trch district. The role involves managing and developing human resource strategies, overseeing career management programs, optimizing HR operations through the use of HR Information Systems (HRIS), and fostering employee growth and organizational development. The manager will also play a key role in enhancing the company's culture and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Candidate will works closely with COO on leadership development from top management to middle management.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Human Resource Development and Career Management
• Proven experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management best practices
• Knowledge and utilization of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial company is a plus
• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English is a must
