'The Fresh HR staff plays an active role in supporting the attraction and recruitment of young talent employees for B. Braun Vietnam. The role acts as a central coordinator for employee engagement initiatives, helping to promote B. Braun employer brand across online and offline channels as well as facilitating smooth on-boarding process for new hires. By collaborating closely with internal teams, the incumbent will contribute to promoting our company culture and enhancing the overall employee experience. - Conduct employer branding as per supervised
- Act as B. Braun brand ambassador to promote the company professional image in the market on offline and online channels.
- Prepare and design attractive branding materials in accordance with brand identity and market trends.
- Grow social media presence (Facebook, LinkedIn, company website,...) to attract fresh talent and strengthen brand visibility.
- Organize and support internal and external events such as career fairs, campus activities, employee engagement programs, and cultural initiatives to enhance employer brand and foster a positive work environment.
- Actively join groups, forums and share B. Braun brand in the market and expand the social network to reach bigger candidate pool.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful engagement activities.
II. Support on-time and in-full recruitment of young talent program
- Execute recruitment processes for fresh talent, including internal & external job advertisement, candidate sourcing, screening, testing, and interview coordination.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with Hiring Managers and candidates throughout the selection process.
- Provide insights and consult Hiring Managers to support sound recruitment decisions.
- Prepare job offer materials in accordance with the agreed job specifications with full information to present to selected candidates and get them in.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and status updates for all stakeholders.
III. Facilitate smooth new-hire onboarding process
- Coordinate with HRBP and L&D and related departments to ensure well-arranged on-boarding process. Catch up with newcomers frequently to check for support needed and, together with HRBP, help them to land smoothly into the organization and culture.
IV. Take part in Corporate Communication activities
- Contribute ideas and support well-being and cultural activities, including organizing internal programs for special occasions to engage employees and strengthen company culture.
- Support updating company website content and assist with communication projects..
- Prepare award submissions and research opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Work on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs and employee engagement events from planning to execution.

- Job requirement
- Final-year student able to work fulltime or recent graduate with a relevant background and less than 2 years of working experience
- Good command of English
- Good knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
- Good communication skill, interpersonal skill
- Willing to learn with enthusiasm and deal with challenges
