Manage HR & Admin jobs of cement & building materials production factory
Work with the Board of management and HR Line Manager to develop the HR strategy and lead the development, implementation, and day-to-day delivery of HR and Admin job.
Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to ensure all human resources policies, procedures and practices are in compliance with labour laws.
Work closely with managers at all levels to ensure excellent execution of human resources initiatives.
Handle employee relations, including disciplinary matters, if required.
Prepare the monthly HR report for meeting and Committee meeting.
Key external relationships with Tax, Immigration, DOLISA & other regulatory bodies
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
University graduate with a major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR.
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Proficiency in English
Good knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam
Professional experience within production factory.
Strong integrity, professionalism and confidential manner
Good verbal and written communication skills
Approachable, engaging and trusting character
