Job Description:

  • Manage HR & Admin jobs of cement & building materials production factory
  • Work with the Board of management and HR Line Manager to develop the HR strategy and lead the development, implementation, and day-to-day delivery of HR and Admin job.
  • Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to ensure all human resources policies, procedures and practices are in compliance with labour laws.
  • Work closely with managers at all levels to ensure excellent execution of human resources initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations, including disciplinary matters, if required.
  • Prepare the monthly HR report for meeting and Committee meeting.
  • Key external relationships with Tax, Immigration, DOLISA & other regulatory bodies
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate with a major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Good knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam
  • Professional experience within production factory.
  • Strong integrity, professionalism and confidential manner
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Approachable, engaging and trusting character
  • Well collaborate with the others, Good service-mind
  • Mature and be able to work independently
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confidentiality, Responsible & Commitment
  • Can travel between factories
