-Cooperate with Consulting firm to adjust company regulation accordance with Labor Regulations and FSC.
-Handle general HR operations:
oRecruitment, onboarding, social insurance registration
oPayroll calculation and payment
oPersonal income tax (PIT) declaration and payment
oLabor management (including factory staff)
oMaintain and update performance evaluation systems.
-General Affairs (GA) task
oObtain signatures from the General Director
oManage work permits and visas for Japanese staff (including the General Director)
oArrange rental car, hotel booking, and manage office supplies
-Manage personal information of employees
-(Depending on ability) Act as interpreter during meeting with factory staff
****Requirement:
-Open to all genders and ages.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
-At least 2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing company
-Solid understanding of Vietnamese labor law, especially in the manufacturing sector
-Preferred:
oExperience in HR during the initial setup of a company
oExperience in preparing export declaration documents
oExperience working in large foreign-invested enterprises (FDI)
Personal Attributes
-Fluent in English (Japanese proficiency is a plus).
-Detail-oriented.
-Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
-High sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure
-Willingness to travel regularly to Tuyen Quang. Overnight stays may be required. Other business trips, including overnight or day trips, may also be required as needed.
