Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to meet the manpower needs of our manufacturing facilities. This includes sourcing, screening, and hiring both office staff and high-volume technical/labor workers to ensure smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job analysis, posting, headhunting, screening, and interview coordination.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary consultant to hire managers, providing guidance on market trends, salary benchmarking, and candidate selection.
HR Integration: Ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee by partnering with the HR Operations team for seamless onboarding.
Data Management: Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and recruitment analytics.
Compliance & Policy: Ensure all recruitment activities follow local labor laws, internal hiring policies, and diversity and inclusion (D&I) initiatives.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for recruitment-related inquiries from internal staff and external partners.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, years in HR recruitment, preferably with experience in high-volume or specialized technical hiring
• Language: Strong business English skills for drafting professional communications and interacting with international stakeholders.
• Familiar with recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring, experience in building and managing recruitment channels on TikTok, Facebook,...
• Ability to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines for mass hiring
• Education: Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Systems Knowledge: Proficiency with HR software such as Workday, SAP, or Paradise.
• Communication: High-level negotiation and interviewing skills; ability to represent the company professionally.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to use recruitment metrics (e.g., turnover rate, cost-per-hire) to drive decision-making.
