HR Section Manager - Recruitment

Fushan Technology (Foxconn Group) is seeking for HR Section Manager who will fully manage Recruitment Section of a fast-growing, large-scale electronics manufacturing factory - onboard after Tet holiday is accepted.

JOB SUMMARY

This role requires a hands-on leader who can partner with management and employees to foster a positive, productive, and engaging workplace culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. The primary responsibility is collaborate with every department on recruitment and talent selection: both DLs & IDLs recruitment.

2. This role involves interacting not only with internal management but also with external professional agencies such as headhunter, labor agencies and other outsourcing development.

3. Other responsibilities may include participating in internal rotation programs and manpower adjustment plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years management of relevant experience in either in-house or in a staffing agency environment.

2. Priority is given to candidate who has worked in large electronics company (3000+ HCs) or managed high volume recruitment.

3. Resilience and a result-oriented mindset

4. Autonomous with a demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions

5. preferably In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques

SKILLS:

1. Good negotiation, communication skills in English OR Chinese

2. Coach and support junior recruiters through on-the-job guidance and sharing of best practices.

3. Track and report recruitment metrics to help the team stay on track and continuously improve.
