Job Description
A. HR Policy & Process Management
- Develop and update HR policies related to salary, bonus, allowances, benefits, and general HR regulations.
- Design and standardize HR operational processes to enhance team efficiency and overall HR performance.
- Provide guidance and training for internal teams and relevant departments when new or revised processes are introduced.
B. Total Rewards Projects
- Participate in Total Rewards initiatives and job framework projects, including job title framework, job codes, job families, and job leveling.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of organizational structures (staffing structure, org charts) and propose enhancements to optimize organizational efficiency.
- Standardize documents, processes, and internal guidelines related to Total Rewards and organizational structure.
- Support the monitoring and evaluation of performance across roles and departments.
C. HRIS Development Support
- Collaborate with IT and relevant departments to develop HRIS modules related to C&B, performance management, and organizational data.
- Deploy new modules, train users, and update system configurations based on actual operation needs.
- Monitor system performance and propose functional improvements.
Job Requirements
- 24 years of experience in a similar role, or in C&B / Total Rewards.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, HR operations, and C&B processes.
- Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and dashboard building.
- Strong English proficiency (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, coordination, deadline management, and presentation skills.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical capability, and ability to systematize information.
