This internship is designed for a proactive student or fresh graduate looking to build a career in Human Resources. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will play a key role in sourcing talent for various positions across our HCMC Head Office and Long An Factory. You will also gain hands-on experience in general HR operations and administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Post job advertisements on various platforms and source potential candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews.
- Support HR/Payroll activities by organizing employee data and documentation.
- Assist in the coordination of training sessions and staff engagement activities.
- Handle general administrative tasks and provide ad-hoc support to the HR department as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current student or fresh graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Highly interested in recruitment and people operations
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel occasionally between the HCMC office and Long An factory (if needed)
*Allowance: 2-4M VND/month (based on candidature). Hands-on mentorship from the Head of HR, professional office environment, and potential for full-time conversion based on performance.
