Job Description

SACOMBANK is hiring an HR Policy & Organizational Development Specialist to contribute to HR governance, organizational structure, and performance management frameworks across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, regulations, and internal guidelines in accordance with SACOMBANK's governance framework.
  • Support the design, deployment, and improvement of BSC, KPI, and performance management systems across units.
  • Contribute to organizational design and workforce structuring, including organization charts, role alignment, and job architecture.
  • Develop, standardize, and maintain job descriptions (JD), job families, and career progression frameworks for SACOMBANK.
  • Assist in building career paths, competency frameworks, and promotion criteria aligned with business needs.
  • Analyze HR data and prepare reports to support policy recommendations and management decision-making.
  • Coordinate with Head Office units and Branches to ensure consistent application of HR policies across the Bank.
  • Perform other HR policyrelated tasks as assigned by management.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in HR Policy, Organizational Development (OD), or Performance Management within an HR Department.
  • Hands-on experience in BSC, KPI, or performance evaluation systems is required.
  • Prior experience in banking, finance, insurance, or HR consulting / HR solution companies is strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of organizational structures, HR policies, and performance frameworks in large organizations.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and policy-writing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with HR systems is an advantage.
  • Good command of English for professional working environments.
