HR Operations Manager-Manufacturing

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Operations Manager in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The HR Operations Manager will oversee daily HR operations, implement and manage HR policies, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and resolve employee relations matters. This role also involves managing strategic HR initiatives, streamlining HR processes, and collaborating with leadership to enhance employee satisfaction and overall organizational performance.

• Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and experience in HR Operations
• Knowledge and experience in HR Policies and HR Management
• Proven ability to effectively handle Employee Relations and resolve workplace issues
• Familiarity with local labor laws and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
