Job Description

Title: HR Operations Advisor (Jan-Jun 2026 (extendable))

Location: District 3, HCMC

Working type: On-site

We are supporting a top-tier American multinational technology company at the forefront of innovation. We're looking for an HR Operations Advisor (6-Month Contract) to support HR operations, compliance, and employee experience in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities:

Statutory Compliance & HR Governance

  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements, including health & safety, GDPR, benefits, and legal documentation.
  • Prepare and update labor contracts, termination letters, and government reports (e.g., Stock Award, Employment, Foreign Worker reports), obtaining GM approval as needed.
  • Manage work permit and visa applications for expatriates and oversee social insurance handover processes.
  • Maintain accurate and secure employee personal files and documentation.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including welcome communications, orientation sessions, and system updates.
  • Support annual health check-ups, group insurance sessions, and distribution of local benefits through Trade Union programs.

HR Operations & Payroll Support

  • Coordinate labor contract renewals, employment verification, and business travel letters.
  • Maintain employee P-files and ensure proper document storage.
  • Support payroll activities, including dependent registration, PIT finalization, and resolution of payroll issues.

Policy Monitoring & HR Insights

  • Track changes in local labor laws and provide timely guidance for policy adaptation.
  • Contribute local insights to global HR platforms and ensure alignment with corporate standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, statutory compliance, or payroll administration.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws, employment contracts, and HR policies.
  • Experience handling expatriate work permits and visas is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced English fluency (written and spoken).
