Job Description
- Lead and oversee full-spectrum HR operations across multiple locations in Vietnam, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high service standards
- Build and strengthen a scalable HR operating model while monitoring KPIs, service quality, and team performance
- Design and enhance total rewards programs, including salary structures, incentives, and benefits aligned with business objectives and market practices
- Manage C&B operations, including payroll processes, governance, compliance, and internal controls
- Lead recruitment strategies and employee engagement initiatives to strengthen talent acquisition, retention, employer branding, and overall employee experience
- Drive HR digital transformation (DX) initiatives by improving HR systems, workflows, automation, data accuracy, and process efficiency
- Oversee administration and workplace management activities across locations to ensure professional, safe, and efficient working environments
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, internal policies, governance standards, and audit requirements while partnering closely with business leaders on HR operational matters
- Lead, coach, and develop HR and Administration teams while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Professional HR certification is an advantage
- 8–10 years of HR experience with strong expertise in HR Operations and C&B
- Proven managerial experience with team leadership responsibilities in a multinational environment
- Hands-on experience in total rewards design, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives
- Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor law and HR compliance requirements
- Experience managing HR operations across multiple locations
- Strong strategic thinking and execution capability
- Leadership mindset with the ability to build and improve systems and processes
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience working with HR systems, digital transformation initiatives, and process improvement projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
