Job Description
This position is in charge of all recruitments of The Grand Ho Tram Strip that included but not limit for all local positions, from supervisor to entry level vacancies. This position is a key assistance to recruitment team leader in leading and developing the employment brand and recruitment, database and in meeting all the tasks/target of recruitment and selection in daily/monthly activities on time.
- Work closely with departments to arrange recruitment process.
- Conduct interview for all local positions, from supervisor to entry level.
- Follow up all recruitment advertising and employment brand development.
- Assist team leader in recruitment plans in considering the market mechanism, labor development tendency, salary and benefit bench mark.
- Prepares reports and recommends procedures to enhance the recruitment and employment processes.
- Coordinate, negotiate and administer all sourcing/recruitment agency relationships.
- Act as a liaison between The Grand Ho Tram Strip and the community in which they operate to generate interest and strong relationship for the workforce.
- Coordinate and assist on-boarding, orientation programs and HR operations
- Follow up duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
- Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
- Follow up candidate database management and other duties when required.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree.
- One to two years experience as recruitment officer in the hospitality & service industry or in the multinational firms.
- Knowledgeable in local practices and policies for recruitment and employment.
- Extensive interviewing skills and the ability to develop others to interview well.
- Must have a through knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques.
- Significant experience in hiring & selection of levels, having good network and connection in hospitality manning resources.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English both oral and written.
- Exceptional and professional communication skills, both oral and written, especially in negotiating and presentation.
- Capacity to foster productive relations with peers and assure teamwork is the prevailing way to do business.
- Well organized, multitask, detail oriented, problem solving.
- Ability to act and understand a sense of urgency. Excellent guest service skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange and Outlook.
