Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate for effective HR communication across areas, activities, projects and events;
  • Jointly assist the development and execution of innovative HR projects, programs and initiatives and the enhancement of the bank's culture & values and employee engagement, learning, employee experience and well-being;
  • Be Employer Branding and TA project coordinator;
  • Embed risk management & compliance culture as a member of HR function;
  • Provide HR Function support, coordinate different HR activities & projects progression and completion, organise meetings and appointments; arrange business travel, etc.;
  • Be responsible for HR Office management in liaison with Finance, CRES and Tech;
  • Be HR SF PERM system coordinator;
  • Be assistant for Country Head of HR.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in related fields;
  • At least 3 years of working experience in MNC environment;
  • Integrity and highly committed to confidentiality;
  • Good interpersonal skills and clear communication;
  • Having teamwork and service mindset and high commitment to timeline and quality;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and under pressure;
  • Influent in English, proficient in MS Office.
