Position Summary:

The Office Admin cum HR Intern supports the HR and administrative team in daily operations, gaining hands-on exposure to people processes and office coordination at Akselos Vietnam. This role contributes to employee experience, operational effectiveness, and internal coordination across teams. Over time, the scope of responsibilities may evolve to meet changing business needs and company priorities.

Responsibilities:

Office Administration Support (50%)

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Oversee facilities and ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  • Order office supplies (stationery, equipment), and liaise with vendors.
  • Create, update, and maintain administrative documents and databases.

HR Support (30%)

  • Support daily HR operations, including onboarding/offboarding coordination, HR document preparation, and personnel document collection.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, recruitment process tracking, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement, including logistics for internal activities and internal communications.

Accounting & Internal Operations Support (20%)

  • Assist with basic internal accounting tasks such as preparing payment and receipt vouchers.
  • Support the recording and tracking of cash transactions and maintain the cash book under supervision.
  • Assist with organizing and filing accounting-related documents for internal records.

The scope of responsibilities may evolve as the company grows and business needs change.

Must-to-have skills:

Education

  • Fresh graduates or final-year university students with availability for full-time work.
  • Major in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or a relevant field.

Experience

  • No required

Technical and Soft skills

  • Organizational & time management skills
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Basic knowledge in accounting principles
  • Familiar with image and video design tools (e.g., Canva)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. For Vietnamese only.
