Role Overview

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, ensuring

alignment with business objectives while maintaining compliance with local labor laws. This role

leads end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance

management, compensation & benefits, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Leadership

● Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.

● Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR, people, and organizational

matters.

● Drive HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.

Recruitment & Workforce Planning

● Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, interviewing, offers, and

onboarding.

● Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and headcount budgeting.

● Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors.

Employee Relations & Engagement

● Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflictresolution.

● Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.

● Lead employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.

Performance Management & Development

● Oversee performance management frameworks and appraisal cycles.

● Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.

● Support leadership development and succession planning.

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll

● Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.

● Support payroll accuracy and coordination with finance or external vendors.

● Participate in salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive planning.

HR Operations & Compliance

● Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.

● Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.

● Manage HR audits, reports, and documentation.

● Support visa, work permit, and employment contract processes where applicable.

Requirements & Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

● 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

● Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

● Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and C&B.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

● Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualification

● HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.

● Experience in a multinational or fast-growing organization.

● Experience supporting new office setup or regional HR operations.
