1. P&C Generalist support

- Provide P&C support and expertise to the business, answering and giving guidance to employee and manager questions about P&C programs, policies, and other P&C-related items

- Provide point of contact and support for people managers for those based in assigned sites

- Provide expertise, guidance and coaching to customers for complex and sensitive questions or support needs

- Lead ER/IR cases for standard cases and provide ER/IR support to P&C BPs as required for complex cases

- Advise on performance management issues, and lead investigations

- Where appropriate, provide career guidance and coaching to individuals and managers

2. Operational/ Administrative role

- Assist P&C Leaders with planning and roll-out of P&C programs and initiatives

- Provides support on general People services processes like supporting interviews (where local presence is necessary) and involuntary separation

- Act as the liaison between Global/Regional People Excellence team and customers

3. Others tasks will be assigned by Line Manager

What You need to be successful

  1. University graduate
  2. Solid understanding and working knowledge of broad P&C functional areas, compliance regulations and business processes in market
  3. ER/LR and understanding of local laws for generalists dealing with such queries with strong people partnering skills
  4. Strong organizational, time management skills
  5. High level of initiative taking and ability to function autonomously
  6. Excellent written and spoken language skills with an ability to understand employee queries and interact with different stakeholder in P&C and business
  7. Strong technical acumen, including Excel, PowerPoint and P&CIS (SAP SuccessFactors experience a plus)
