Human Resources Manager (Bac Ninh)/ A new setting up factory.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct localized adjustments and optimizations to headquarters policies based on local Vietnamese laws and regulations, cultural differences, and business needs.
2. Develop and refine the overseas human resources management system and processes to ensure consistency with headquarters policies.
3. Communicate and explain the company's human resources policies to overseas employees, ensuring that they understand and adhere to them.
4. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of overseas human resources policies, promptly identifying issues and providing suggestions for improvement.
5. Establish a communication bridge between the headquarters and overseas teams to facilitate the exchange of information and cultural integration.
6. Understand and respect Vietnamese local culture, avoid cultural conflicts, and promote teamwork.
7. Assist overseas teams in resolving issues related to cross-cultural communication and thereby enhance team collaboration efficiency.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in human resource management, business administration, psychology, or related fields is preferred.
2. Possess at least 5 years of experience in human resources-related work, with at least 2 years of experience in human resources within multinational corporations.
3. Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in foreign countries, as well as best practices in human resource management.
4. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and strong teamwork spirit.
5. Ability to use Chinese or English as a working language, with strong learning, adaptability, and stress-resilience capabilities.
Benefits:
Working time: Monday to Friday
