Job Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment Execution: Independently manage the recruitment process, including role requirement analysis, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.
- Interviewing and Talent Assessment: Conduct initial and follow-up interviews, thoroughly assess candidates capabilities and job fit, and provide hiring recommendations.
- Recruitment Channel Management: Maintain and expand recruitment channels, especially local online platforms and talent resources in Vietnam.
- Data and Administrative Support: Responsible for recruitment data collection, analysis, and reporting, and efficiently complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Priority will be given to candidates with prior recruitment experience in Vietnam, familiarity with local recruitment channels, and understanding of campus recruitment in Vietnam. Main hiring focus: Administrative, Finance, and Blue-collar positions.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and Chinese, with a bachelor's degree.
