Our client - a new establish company is looking for a HR Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including manpower planning, job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Publish job vacancies across appropriate recruitment channels and follow up on the application process.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates, particularly for Sales and Marketing functions.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure alignment with team requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to help new employees settle into their roles and the company environment smoothly.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives in line with the company's direction and values.
- Contribute to building a positive and engaging workplace that supports employee satisfaction and retention.
- Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees when needed.
- Prepare basic HR reports and track recruitment and retention-related data.
Requirement:
- Prior experience recruiting Sales and Marketing positions is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of HR practices and local labor regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with HR systems, applicant tracking systems, or recruitment platforms.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Good command of English
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
