Job Overview:
As an HR Intern (Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding), you will support recruitment activities and contribute to strengthening Marou's employer brand through engaging internal and external initiatives.
Your Tasks will be:
Talent Acquisition:
- Support sourcing and attracting candidates for Back Office, Production, and Store Operations positions.
- Assist in screening applications and coordinating interview schedules
- Send thank-you emails to unsuccessful candidates
- Prepare welcome gifts for new employees in line with company policy
- Collect employee documents, tax commitment forms from new hires.
Employer Branding:
- Support the organization of activities and events (Birthday, Women's Day, Company Meeting, YEP, etc.) to enhance employee engagement; process payments after the events.
- Create content, design images, and produce videos for social media posts on Facebook.
- Support in organizing communication/ recruitment events: job fairs, partnerships with universities and colleges.
Your Requirements:
- University student majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations or related majors.
- Passionate about developing expertise in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Acquisition (TA) and Employer Branding (EB).
- Good at English (both spoken & written)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with tools like Canva or CapCut is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
