Develop Employer Branding Strategy including creating a compelling & comprehensive set of key Pillars with clear Intents which are in sync with Company direction, goals & values
Execute to ensure Consistency & Momentum vs Master Plan via Digital Presence
Receive Hiring Needs from functions, aligns with Upper Management to proceed Hiring process & ensure full process implementation in one sync Recruitment system including: Sourcing & Lead Generation, Screening & Onboarding
HRBP Support
Providing HRIS support & Operations both in system at respective in-charge functions
Be the contact person for requests & concerns from functions
