Job Description
  • Support job postings, CV screening, and candidate outreach for the restaurant (F&B) division
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and tracking recruitment results
  • Maintain and update employee data, personnel files, and onboarding lists
  • Support timesheet tracking and consolidate attendance and shift data
  • Assist with documentation related to social insurance (BHXH) and labor contracts
  • Participate in training activities and internal communications (if any)
  • Prepare basic reports and perform other assigned tasks
Requirements
  • Final-year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields
  • Previous HR internship experience is a plus
  • Available to work full-time
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Good communication skills and comfortable working with restaurant operations
