RESPONSIBILITIES
1/ Training tasks
Support the full Training Lifecycle with detail below:
- Manage E-Training Flatform
- Design Training Artwork
- Follow up Training Schedule (from start to end), Alert to remind Trainees, Trainers
- Organize and Coordinate Training Events
oPrepare Training Rooms (Room, facilities etc)
oPrepare Training Materials
oCoordinate with HR Generalist & HRM all Training Events
- Summary & Make report Feedback form, Training Test
- Tracking POSM for Training
- Support drafting Training Content, Training Tests
2/ Internal Com tasks
- Propose ideas and support to organize company events / internal events.
- Translate & design posters for Internal communication activities.
- Support for data collection & filing documents.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed (annual leave record, monthly reports, etc).
3/ Completing ad-hoc task as requested by the managements.
PERSONAL SPECS
- Internship duration: 6 months (Full time: Mon Fri from 9am to 6pm).
- Open for 3rd 4th year student in human resource/ business administration/ or marketing.
- Be comfortable with English writing and speaking.
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Can do the design basic via Canvas, etc
- Public speaking, hard-working, multitasking, team oriented.
