Job Description

Summary of role: This role will primarily responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment

processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. In

addition to recruitment, this role involves broader HR functions such as coordinating learning &

development programs, maintaining HR records, and assisting with general HR administrative

tasks to ensure smooth daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Conduct background checks and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
  • Develop candidate talent pool and proactively identify and approach candidate such as participating in job fairs, making relationship and connecting to universities/ colleges, in order to build up employer brand and varied candidate pool.
  • Prepare recruitment report as required

Training:

  • Implement training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangement, and preparation of training materials. Track training attendance, collect feedback, ensure continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with department heads to identify training and development needs through surveys, performance reviews, and feedback; design customized training programs aligned with business goals, evaluate effectiveness, and support succession planning.
  • Develop and maintain the annual training plan and budget.
  • Generated reports for management, providing insights into program effectiveness,employee progress and suggesting improvement strategies.
  • Maintain and update HR records, including employee databases, and coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment (preferably in the tech industry).
  • Strong English proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
  • Experience in the startup environment.
  • Strong networking skills, with an energetic and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to develop standardized recruitment processes and execute each step effectively.
  • Meticulous and well-organized in managing recruitment processes.
  • Familiar with HR paperwork and willing to support other HR functions.
