What You'll Be Doing

You will support our people operations by handling full-cycle recruitment and delivering comprehensive HR services. Your responsibilities include:

General HR Support

  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain accurate hardcopy and digital employee records.
  • Assist with performance management and probation review processes.
  • Schedule interviews, meetings, HR events, and maintain HR calendars.
  • Coordinate and support training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and employment contract preparation
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure employee documentation is complete and updated.
  • Prepare and submit reports on key HR activities and metrics.
  • Assist with payroll administration, including data compilation, attendance validation, and coordination with payroll teams.
  • Support HR audits and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Provide support on matters related to labor laws, statutory requirements, and employee relations.
  • Support other assigned HR and administrative functions as needed.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, tools, payroll technology, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnam.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, email platforms, HR systems, and business communication tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR functions, HR operations, and best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of labor law, statutory requirements, and HR compliance.
  • Hands-on experience or strong exposure to payroll processes, payroll inputs, and monthly payroll cycles.
  • Strong HR administration and people management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
