HouseNow is asserting its position as a fast-growing PropTech platform in Vietnam. To fuel our expansion, we are looking for an HR Generalist (Recruitment Focused) to attract top-tier talent and build a sustainable HR foundation for our long-term goals.
A. Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Analyze hiring needs, propose recruitment strategies, and define ideal candidate personas.
- Proactively source and headhunt potential candidates across multiple platforms and channels.
- Execute the end-to-end recruitment process: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and competency assessments.
- Manage offer negotiations and oversee the pre-boarding/onboarding process.
- Maintain the candidate database and provide weekly/monthly recruitment performance reports.
2. HR Operations (20%)
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee personnel files.
- Monitor labor contracts and handle related HR procedures.
- Oversee timekeeping data, annual leave, and headcount fluctuations.
- Support the development and optimization of internal HR processes.
3. Administration (10%)
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and company assets.
- Organize and support internal company events and team-building activities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.
B. Job Requirements
- Experience: 13 years of experience in HR Generalist or Recruitment roles. At least 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in Tech, Real Estate, E-commerce, or high-growth startup environments is a plus.
- Skills: * Highly proactive, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Analytical thinking and flexible problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Attractive Salary: 10,000,000 15,000,000 VND (negotiable based on competency).
