Job Description

Working location: Ho Chi Minh City | Type of employee: Full-time

Report to: HR & Admin Manager | Level: Team member

The HR General Executive is responsible for recruitment activities (primarily for Retail roles) while supporting general HR operations such as timekeeping and employee administration. This role works closely with internal departments to ensure hiring needs are met and HR processes are implemented smoothly in daily operations.

I. Some of the key responsibilities

1. C&B & General HR Support (60%)

  • Managing employee records, contracts, and HR-related documents.
  • Supporting timekeeping and attendance tracking for assigned units.
  • Coordinating probation review, contract renewal, and related HR processes.
  • Supporting basic HR administration and coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.

2. Recruitment (40%)

  • Receiving recruitment requests from departments and clarifying hiring needs.
  • Planning, posting, and executing recruitment activities through appropriate channels.
  • Screening CVs, contacting candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Supporting interview evaluation, approval procedures, and offer processes.
  • Following up on candidates joining process and supporting onboarding activities.
  • Building and maintaining candidate pools, especially for Retail positions.
  • Tracking and reporting basic recruitment progress and results.
  • Assisting with internal HR activities, reports, and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager.

II. The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, especially for Retail or frontline positions.
  • Interest in developing a long-term career in HR General / HR Operations.
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
