Job Description

  • Execute HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract signing, job changes, promotion, and termination.

  • Manage and update employee records, labor contracts, and HR data accurately and in compliance with company policies.

  • Monitor attendance, allowances, benefits, and support payroll-related processes based on approved policies.

  • Support the implementation and compliance of internal HR policies, regulations, and procedures.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and respond to employees HR-related inquiries.



  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.

  • At least 1 year of experience in the Human Resources field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong communication skills; proactive, responsible, and service-minded.

  • Good command of English.
