Execute HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract signing, job changes, promotion, and termination.
Manage and update employee records, labor contracts, and HR data accurately and in compliance with company policies.
Monitor attendance, allowances, benefits, and support payroll-related processes based on approved policies.
Support the implementation and compliance of internal HR policies, regulations, and procedures.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and respond to employees HR-related inquiries.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in the Human Resources field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills; proactive, responsible, and service-minded.
Good command of English.
