Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our Corporate HR team. This role will function as an internal HR partner, delivering comprehensive HR support to multiple Business Units with strong emphasis on Compensation & Benefits, HR data analytics, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate possesses solid General HR experience, strong C&B expertise, analytical capability, and a strong service mindset. Experience in HR outsourcing or service-based organizations is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Compensation & Benefits (Primary Focus)
- Manage and ensure accurate monthly payroll processing and statutory compliance;
- Handle Social Insurance, Personal Income Tax (PIT), and labor compliance matters;
- Administer employee benefits programs including insurance, healthcare, allowances, and bonus schemes;
- Support annual salary review, merit increase, and bonus processes;
- Review and improve C&B policies, structures, and internal processes.
2. HR Data & Analytics
- Analyze HR metrics such as headcount, labor cost, turnover, manpower budgeting, and productivity indicators;
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports for management decision-making;
- Ensure HR data integrity within HR systems;
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
3. General HR Operations
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes;
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented;
- Provide HR advisory support to internal stakeholders;
- Participate in HR process improvement and standardization initiatives;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR field, with strong exposure to Compensation & Benefits;
- Solid knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, Social Insurance, and PIT regulations;
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset with advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, formulas, reporting);
- Experience in HR outsourcing/service companies is a strong advantage;
- Strong service mindset with good stakeholder management skills, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently;
- Good English communication skills.
