Reporting to: HR Lead
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our HR team as Junior HR Executive (at least 1 year of experience). The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, gaining exposure to recruitment, employee relations, HR administration and more.
Your responsibilities
Administrative & Operation Support (40%)
Provide daily general administrative support in the office
Track and manage the procurement of office equipment and supplies
Maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords
- Assist on admin/ad-hoc tasks
- Be in charge of the onboarding process for new employees
- Ensure all required documentation is completed and filed appropriately
- Provide support to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture
- Maintain and organize accurate employee records and HR documents
- Update employee information in HR databases and generate reports as needed.
- Draft internal HR communications and distribute HR-related updates to employees
Recruitment (60%)
- Assist in drafting and posting job vacancies on various platforms
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure accurate and compelling job descriptions
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Prepare interview materials and logistics
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and shortlist candidates for further evaluation
- Maintain a well-organized applicant tracking system
- Enhance the company's employment brand through creative postings, website updates, social media content, and participation in job fairs.
- Ensure the efficiency of the recruitment system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen the company's employment brand.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Highly desirable skills and competences

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Integrity, trustworthiness, and respect for others
- Being good at English communication and writing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational ability
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Interest in organizational psychology, sociology, and management principles
- Experienced in the IT-related field is a plus

- Location: Floor 16, Phuong Long Building, 16 Nguyen Truong To Street, Ward 13, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
- Time: Mon-Fri (8.30 AM - 5.30 PM)
