We're hiring a full-time HR & ESG Executive in Ho Chi Minh City. You'll help MyStorage maintain high standards for our people, our operations and our spaces, keeping us compliant, organized and continuously improving.
What You'll Do
Employee Lifecycle & Training
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance reviews, and offboarding
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, the employee handbook, and internal regulations
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees on labor-related matters and HR procedures
- Support employee relations by handling day-to-day grievances, feedback, and basic conflict resolution
- Design, plan, and coordinate internal training programs to strengthen professional capabilities, soft skills, and social awareness
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and equitable workplace through the implementation of non-discrimination and equal opportunity practices
Performance Tracking & Employee Efficiency
- Track and maintain employee performance data, KPIs, and probation evaluations
- Coordinate performance review cycles, including timelines, documentation, and follow-ups
- Identify people-related improvement opportunities to support productivity and operational efficiency
- Prepare basic HR reports and performance insights for management
Internal Events & Employee Engagement
- Plan and coordinate internal events and employee engagement activities
- Support internal communications related to people initiatives, culture, and company-wide activities
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, collaboration, and workplace culture
ESG Documentation, Compliance & Governance
- Own and coordinate ESG-related administrative documentation across people, labor compliance, health & safety, training, and internal policies
- Lead cross-functional coordination to collect, validate, and submit ESG documentation, including contracts, insurance records, training attendance, incident logs, and compliance evidence
- Maintain structured ESG documentation frameworks, trackers, and audit-ready records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and ongoing compliance
- Support internal and external ESG reporting requirements by ensuring timely availability and traceability of people-related ESG data
Facility Standards
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization across headquarters through regular checks
- Coordinate basic facility maintenance, equipment readiness, and safety compliance in collaboration with Operations
- Proactively identify risks and improvement areas, supporting safe, efficient, and well-presented work environments
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in HR and ESG or compliance-heavy operational roles
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and HR best practices
- Experience developing policies, running training sessions and monitoring compliance
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable taking full ownership of responsibilities
