Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESHR Leadership & Strategy
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational needs.
  • Lead the HR function and ensure effective HR operations across the organization.
  • Partner with senior management on people strategy, organizational development and workforce planning.
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee HR policies, procedures and day-to-day HR operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations and company policies.
  • Strengthen HR processes, systems and reporting to improve operational effectiveness.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and workplace conflicts.
  • Provide practical HR advice to management and employees on people-related matters.
  • Build a positive and productive working environment through effective communication and employee engagement.
Change Management
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives.
  • Develop and implement change management plans to ensure effective communication, employee alignment and smooth transition.
  • Work closely with leadership and key stakeholders to manage resistance and facilitate organizational change.
Workforce & Talent Management
  • Lead workforce planning for a 1,000+ employee manufacturing organization.
  • Support talent acquisition, succession planning, training and development initiatives.
  • Develop and retain key talent to support business continuity and future growth.
Organization & Culture
  • Partner with leadership teams to strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement.
  • Drive initiatives that improve workforce effectiveness, productivity and organizational capability.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • 15+ years of HR experience, with significant experience in HR leadership.
  • Mandatory: Strong Manufacturing / Factory HR experience.
  • Experience managing HR for a workforce of 1,000+ employees.
  • Strong track record in Conflict Resolution / Employee Relations.
  • Proven experience in Change Management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR Operations and Vietnamese labor legislation.
  • Experience working closely with senior management and business leaders.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on, resilient and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
