Overview of the position
- We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-driven HR partner to play a pivotal role in Vietnam. You will serve as the crucial bridge between our multinational team and the local talent pool. A full-function HR competency is expected, including recruiting, training, retention, and C&B functions. Fluency in Vietnamese is required, Mandarin (Priority), and English (optional), along with a deep understanding of Vietnamese labor laws to ensure full compliance across all recruitment processes. Your ultimate goal is to accurately identify, attract, and retain top-tier talent for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process in the Vietnam region (including requirement gathering, resume screening, interview scheduling, salary negotiation, and onboarding) to meet the business expansion needs of various departments.
- Cross-Border Communication & Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the Vietnam branch and the headquarters, ensuring strict alignment between local recruitment strategies and overall corporate objectives.
- Compliance & Risk Control: Strictly monitor the recruitment and hiring processes to ensure full compliance with the latest Vietnamese labor laws and relevant regulations, effectively mitigating operational risks.
- Talent Pool Development & Employer Branding: Develop diverse sourcing channels (e.g., local job portals, headhunter partnerships, campus recruitment) to deeply cultivate the local talent pool and enhance the company's employer brand presence in the Vietnamese market.
- Data Analysis & Strategy Optimization: Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., Time-to-fill, Cost-per-hire), generate regular analytical reports, and provide strategic recommendations for continuous optimization.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 8-10 years of solid talent acquisition experience. Hands-on working experience in Vietnam is a strict requirement.
- Language Skills: Exceptional Mandarin proficiency (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing) coupled with fluent English communication skills.
- Professional Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Vietnamese labor laws, local employment market trends, and cross-cultural management.
Soft Skills: Outstanding interpersonal communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong team leadership potential.
