About the Role
The role involves a combination of Recruiting and HR responsibilities, focusing on sourcing candidates and managing HR processes.
Responsibilities
Recruiting (50%)
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, direct outreach and referrals.
- Full-cycle recruiting for mid-level and entry roles.
- Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews and offer process.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
- Prepare and extend offers; negotiate terms with candidates.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness).
HR (50%)
- Run onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end.
- Prepare labor contract, renewal contract and appendix of labor contract.
- Assist with benefits enrollment queries and act as employee point of contact.
- Coordinate basic training programs and track training report.
- Maintain HR records, update database file, and assist with HR policy implementation.
- Coordinate with Event team to have employee engagement activities.
- Support employee relations escalations to HR Manager when needed.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years combined experience in Recruitment and HR generalist tasks.
- Comfortable switching between recruiting deadlines and operational HR tasks.
- Good knowledge of VN labor law and system.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
