About the Role

The role involves a combination of Recruiting and HR responsibilities, focusing on sourcing candidates and managing HR processes.

Responsibilities

Recruiting (50%)

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, direct outreach and referrals.
  • Full-cycle recruiting for mid-level and entry roles.
  • Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews and offer process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
  • Prepare and extend offers; negotiate terms with candidates.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness).

HR (50%)

  • Run onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end.
  • Prepare labor contract, renewal contract and appendix of labor contract.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment queries and act as employee point of contact.
  • Coordinate basic training programs and track training report.
  • Maintain HR records, update database file, and assist with HR policy implementation.
  • Coordinate with Event team to have employee engagement activities.
  • Support employee relations escalations to HR Manager when needed.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years combined experience in Recruitment and HR generalist tasks.
  • Comfortable switching between recruiting deadlines and operational HR tasks.
  • Good knowledge of VN labor law and system.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
